The area features a unique geological formation known as the Flinders Peak Range, with prominent sandstone cliffs that provide scenic views over the surrounding landscape. Ecologically, this estate supports a range of native flora such as spotted gums, bottlebrush, and wattles, as well as fauna including koalas, wallabies, various bird species, and reptiles. Historically, the land was utilized and cared for by the Traditional Owners, the Quandamooka and Ugarapul peoples, with rich Indigenous cultural significance linked to the landscape.
